About me

Northern Cyprus is not a place. It's a feeling.

Northern Cyprus isn’t a destination you simply visit. You feel it – in the light, the lifestyle, the rhythm of the sea, and the warmth of its people. For me, this island isn’t just a place. It’s part of my identity.

I am Kaan – born in Nuremberg, half-Cypriot, and deeply connected to Northern Cyprus since childhood. This connection has inspired me to dedicate three books to the island .

Today I live and work here, helping people to feel at home on this special island, not only economically but also personally.

With Nordcypern°Insider , I support investors, entrepreneurs and emigrants in making safe, transparent and sustainable decisions – in the real estate sector, in company start-ups, hotel investments, tax and legal structures as well as in property management.

I don’t work as a tied agent, but as an independent consultant and project manager . My role is to realistically assess opportunities, openly address risks, and provide my clients with clarity in a complex market.
